Custom Carrier Service, Zones

1. Merchant can add custom carrier service at checkout. He can change name of that carrier service.
2. Merchant can define multiple zones and define zone wise shipping rate.
3. Merchant can add multiple zipcode in the zone.
4. Merchant can define Available days for delivery.
5. App will list all orders of the stores and Merchant can filter these orders via carrier service and order's status etc.
