Happy Returns, a UPS Company

As many others have said, for a free app to Paypal users, HR is a nice way to integrate automated returns for customers but it does have its limitations. Better options for managing defective items and ability to make changes to orders within the dashboard all need to be improved. Also I've had some difficulties with getting help from the customer support team, often having to email multiple times before getting a response. Overall, I'm happy with what happy returns has to offer but I look forward to them making improvements that address all of the functionality requests so many people have made.

My team and I have felt this app is beneficial in automating customer returns. My only piece of feedback is the applicability of copying settings across multiple stores, as we manage quite a few Shopify instances.

Horrible! Turns out using the drop off locations, isn't really free, despite us using Paypal as a payment method for our customers on our website. Support did not even bother to respond since 4 days now. What a joke.

Great Concept. HORRIBLE customer service and very slow time to help you with issues. If you are paying this much a month for a service they should attend to your issues. LIKE LOGGING IN. It defaults every time to signing up for a new account and you can't log in. ALSO IT WONT LET YOU POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

Their team is efficient and easy to work and KPI dashboards are super helpful for decision making.

Happy Returns provides a robust solution that is easy for both customers and admins to use. The in-person Return Bar option provides flexibility for customers who don't have printers or who prefer to return things in-person. Their growing international capabilities and options for logistical support are also helpful for growing brands that may not want or be able to manage reverse logistics fully in-house.

Not sure what the store below is referring to, but we’ve had no issues with issuing store credits for returns. We have worked with the other 2 big return platforms and can unequivocally say that Happy Returns is the best option out there.

We are very happy with happy returns. Is saving hours of time for our small support staff. Makes processing the few hundred returns we have each month very easy.

Edit: Update to my review. Support came and sorted my issue and helped me setup my store. This app has really easy customisation, and support was very helpful. I'm looking forward to using it whenever a returns pops up.

Unable to even use the app, get an error saying" Your email must contain @ and a domain" when signing up.

Similar to a previous review, during the initial call you are told you can make customizations and all the great features when in reality, there is very little customization you can do. The on-boarding team is really unhelpful and not knowledgeable of their own product. The on-boarding team member we were set up with could not answer any of the questions we had and we had to follow-up several times to receive responses. Setting up Happy Returns took several weeks of back and forth which was incredibly frustrating. This solution will work for now as it is free with PayPal but definitely not a long term solution.
