  • Return reasons, configurable by category, e.g. too big for apparel
  • Return methods, e.g. refund, exchange and gift cards.

Configure the app to apply your return policy

You control:

  • How many days shoppers have to return products, i.e. the return window
  • Return window by refund type or by season, e.g. return within 30 days for refund and within 60 days for an exchange, or extended return window for holiday season
  • Final sale items
  • Return fees, applied per return method

Great Concept. HORRIBLE customer service and very slow time to help you with issues. If you are paying this much a month for a service they should attend to your issues. LIKE LOGGING IN. It defaults every time to signing up for a new account and you can't log in. ALSO IT WONT LET YOU POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
