Stay away. Not interested in working with majority of Shopify merchants anymore. They are clearly now focused on mega merchants with tons of returns.
Great Concept. HORRIBLE customer service and very slow time to help you with issues. If you are paying this much a month for a service they should attend to your issues. LIKE LOGGING IN. It defaults every time to signing up for a new account and you can't log in. ALSO IT WONT LET YOU POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

Experience to customers is flawless, internal processes improved, exchanges were optimised and the drop off location options have driven cost of returns down. Their team is efficient and easy to work and KPI dashboards are super helpful for decision making.
Happy Returns provides a robust solution that is easy for both customers and admins to use. The in-person Return Bar option provides flexibility for customers who don't have printers or who prefer to return things in-person. Their growing international capabilities and options for logistical support are also helpful for growing brands that may not want or be able to manage reverse logistics fully in-house.
