This app is a lifesaver!
I've been using this app for a couple of days and it gives perfect responses after I trained it on my FAQ and some data. It perfectly knows my products and even can recommend them to my customers. I was able to increase my sales because of this app by better communicating with my customers and helping them with all of their issues. Works great and easy to set up. I was able to add it to the site and get it configured in minutes. It has a training section where I added in common questions like shipping info and it was able to answer that right away. For simple chat functionality, this is an easy win for customer service.
