We use several apps, but this is the only app we have reviewed thus far.
Help Center is exactly what we were looking for! FAQ pages are very important, especially to cut down on customer service questions. It is simple and effective. We have many FAQs and it started to looked cluttered and no shopper wants to go through that. The search and the format is perfection.

I must say this app and especially their customer service did blow me away. I initially signed up for the free plan and had a couple of support requests/customization questions regarding my theme & colors to be used for the different controls, labels, etc. Honestly I wasn't expecting immediate support and actually fixing the color theme on behalf of me but their support did it anyway to my complete & fullest satisfaction. They were super fast, very professional - even that I was only on their free plan....
Today I decided to go with one of their paid plans, because I think it is worth the money and especially as they really care about their customers. I definitely can recommend their app and especially their support/customer service - THANKS!!!

Installed Help Centre but needed a couple of changes to it. Help Centre response and customer service was five star.

THis is a MUST HAVE for any ecom site we use it for our Home and garden site https://wroughtironhaven.com it cuts down on emails and chat levels. Its also a really good quick ref guide for our customer service training to answer general questions about the store.
