How to link Help Center with your shop's menu:

  • Click the button ADD MENU ITEM in Help Center's Settings page
  • You will be directed to the navigation section where your menus are
  • Choose a menu and click ADD MENU ITEM
  • Here you should type Name (title of your FAQ page) and a Link: /apps/help-center. Then click "Add". And your HelpCenter page is live!

I use this app often with my store and have to say it is one of the most useful apps I have. It's very intuitive, easy to use, with no pay walls hiding the necessary stuff. If you are just starting your store and dont have any coding experience get this app and save yourself a LOT of headache and time. Very grateful this exists :)

Saves us so much time. We were looking for simple FAQ page builder, but this app has cool little features that help to speed up things, like contacting support button if there are no info in the searchbar, seo integration and more. Was hesitating premium - would recommend it to everyone now.

The worst app for FAQs!
Even in offline mode, it appears in Google Search.
Service in bad faith: not very conciliatory and untrue.
Not possible to translate the app in several languages simultaneously. STAY AWAY!
La pire des apps en ce qui concerne les FAQ!
Même en mode Offline, celle-ci apparait dans la Recherche Google.
SAV de mauvaise foi: peu conciliant et mensonger.
Pas possible de traduire l'app en plusieurs langues simultanément. A FUIR!
