We're using this app for the last few months, and completely love it!

1. The automations are very good, and we've seen about 20% increase in conversion from abandoned cart, COD to Prepaid, Welcome and Thank You automations.
2. The broadcast campaigns have given us very good results too.
3. The customer service is excellent. Very responsive and addresses any requests within hours.

The support team is incredibly accommodating, and ensuring that I grasped Quick Reply itself, but also the entire spectrum of operations on the platform. They dedicated the effort to tailor an abandoned cart strategy that perfectly suits my business. I've become a loyal Quick Reply user launching also marketing campaign from there. i recommend it for any small or medium-sized enterprise. It is also affordable and user friendly!

This has been a really helpful app in streamlining our business and bridging the instant communication gap between us and our customers.
The support team is efficient and extremely helpful in setting up and facilitating with quick responses and action. They also help us with suggestions based on their experinece with WhatsApp which have proven to be effective.
The team promised and worked on enabling the COD to prepaid conversion automation feature with our payment gateway upon our request. Our payment gateway facilitators were especially onboarded so we could make use of this feature which is a remarkable testament to their commitment to their clients.

Had a great experience while the account was being transitioned from another provider to QR and once transitioned the experience has been great so far. Meta also raised a few violations and they handled the same as well.
The approvals have been quick for broadcast messages.
