Since its a niche app, setting up involves a few steps - but a simple Google Meet with their team and your store is ready to start interacting with customers via WhatsApp. They helped up build custom bots for placing COD orders, Prepaid orders, new product launches and so much more. Keep up the great work guys. Its a fantastic platform and helps improve your ROI tremendously.
