Team has helped us in setting up and configuring bots correctly and its working well for us. I liked the services provided by them


It was easy to setup chatbot on shopify store and facebook page, and their bot is answering to customers correctly. I have to configure the bots on facebook again, but it was one time effort so its ok. I guess it can be improved


App is quite okay but it has so many bugs. 1> Bad customer support - I have sent a message to their support but I am saying something and their automated bot answering something. Really pathetic. 2> Subscribe but worked on 20th click. Not sure WHY? 3> After enabling the sound - I am unable to hear any sound after receiving any message. I was trying to inform this issue to their support but their automated bot was saying something. App is quite new and unstable so I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you had contacting our support. Due to the Covid-19 situation, we are working at reduced capacity and that's why it took 1.5 hours for us to reply. In our absence, the bot tried to help, but your sound issue was a new one for the bot and it could not comprehend it well.

2. I am sorry for the issue with Subscribe button. It triggers an allow push notification action to the browser, so sometimes there are issues specific to browser configuration or some extensions or plugins installed. We will look into that and will make sure it does not repeat.

3. Sound issue you faced is also linked to the browser settings. Himanshu, from our team, sent out the email with the steps to check the browser settings to resolve the issue.

Again, our sincere apologies for the issue. The issues you faced are with browser-related interactions which are not always in our control.
