Instagram and WhatsApp integrations are temporarily unavailable while we’re improving our Meta integration. We’re working on a shared integration that will make connecting these channels much easier, without requiring customers to create and configure their own Meta app.

I’ve tried a few customer messaging apps, and this is by far my favorite. It’s really easy to use, has all the features I need, and everything works smoothly.
The support is honestly amazing. I had one small issue, reached out and it was fixed within just a few hours. Super responsive, friendly, and actually helpful, which is rare these days.

Honestly one of the best support tools we've used on Shopify. The interface is easy to understand and simple without sacrificing any of the features that other platforms seem to miss.
