Gorgias is wonderful - has reduced my customer service teams volume by a ton since switching off Zendesk. They also have been extremely supportive during the COVID situation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Gorgias team is super responsive and helpful. When we on-boarded with them, we received a one-on-one live tutorial where we could ask questions directly. They have been quick to respond to questions and helpful along the way! Would recommend!

Takes a little time setting up to suit your needs but that's only a testament to its power and flexibility. Plus, their CS during this difficult time has been very understanding. Just be aware that you will need to pay extra for ChannelReply if you want to use it for eBay contacts.
