We have been using Gorgias for close to a year now, and it has been such a great addition to our daily operations. We have been able to build out an entirely new team dedicated to Guest support, using Gorgias as our centralized point of contact. Very user friendly, easy to integrate and install other software that your business uses, and I am very impressed by how much the Gorgias team listen to feedback and take action to always improve their product so that it serves their customers best. Every agent has been beyond helpful, and the ability to book 30 minute consult calls and attend townhall meetings makes you feel valued and supported at all times.
Our support team could not be happier with switching to Gorgias. Not only is it a helpdesk but it also incorporated social media, where most of our customers live. The integration with Shopify makes looking at orders seamless. Setting up the rules can take time, but Chloe, the head of customer success, has literally held our hand through all of it. We would not have survived the holiday rush without Gorgias.
Life changing app! We save roughly 4 hours per day now using macros that they helped us create. A bit of time was spent slowly trying it out but I absolutely love it! We use it for email, facebook, & Instagram
There are a lot of choices for helpdesks for e-commerce right now. I am so glad we chose to go with Gorgias. The set up was really easy and the customer support team responds fast whenever you need anything. They are adding new features monthly. I feel like the possibilities are endless. You will not regret switching!!!!!!!

Gorgias is definitely my favourite business customer support portal. The options are endless and the support team is incredible. They have constant webinars which I love to watch just to see if I'll learn something new that I don't know. If I ever have a question, their live chat support is super helpful. There's always room for improvement, and with this they are very forthcoming about new features coming down the pipeline and always willing to take suggestions to make the experience more improved for the future. The functionality is very useful. I can't say enough good things :)
After a grey-hair producing, extremely frustrating and expensive time with ZenDesk which failed on so many promises on their website regarding Shopify integration. Followed by a temporary switch to FreshDesk - I searched online and found Gorgias - and started a chat on their website, Romain offered to call me and during the call he listened and understood my issues and calmly talked me through his platform - he clearly understands Shopify and what is required - save the gray hairs, frustration and expense of everything else out there and sign up for this app! BEWARE we have found no other support desk which integrates with multiple stores, so if going elsewhere - make that your first questions as even if you have one Shopify store right now you will get more.
Zoran Orestijevic was amazing! Helped me resolve an issue in about 5 min and made it very easy for me to understand by sending me a screen-recording!

Great customer support, whenever we had an issue they found the solution. We have all the tickets fully organized and we can now track them easy and resolve them in a timely manner. Statistics are great.
