They're always so helpful and quick to reply when we have questions! It's appreciated since we do have quite a lot because we want to make sure we're fully utilizing all the different features within Gorgias.

Great App, it was a game changer for our business in terms of automatization of the customer service flow.
It works well with both Shopify and Recharge app.
Also the support is very good and quick.

I use this app to assist with customer service for our stores across many countries. It simplifies my tasks and i'm always learning more ways I can utilise it to work for me. Been using it for almost 2 weeks now and it's an absolute game-changer. Even if you're just a one-person support team, it can give you multiple wings and save you so much time! Not to mention, they have excellent support as well that's prompt to reply.

Gorgias is an incredibly powerful tool for customer service. I can accomplish in 1 hr what would otherwise take 5 or more. A little bit of a learning curve to get it set up properly but very much worth the effort. Take some time to perfect the macros and automation rules - it will pay off. They also have great support.
