It looks modern, it works, and the customer service is beyond good. That's really all I need. I've tried others but they didn't stack up. I highly recommend it.

We are so impressed with this app! We were working on updating our support center for our customers, and we went through all of Shopify's apps to choose the one the best fit our needs. HelpHQ was by far the best - it was so easy to make our support center look clean, professional, and easy to use. It's also incredibly easy to write and add articles, and customers can provide feedback with just one click of a button at the bottom of each article. We have found our company's perfect help center. It's super easy to use and has lots of features that make a basic help center work well. It looks good, is easy to for customers to navigate, and is easy for us on the back end. HelpHQ is just a really, really great app! Not only that, the company itself is fantastic. It's very hit or miss getting support with Shopify Apps, but Robert at HelpHQ completely saved my life with the help he was able to give. Will be sticking with this app for awhile, that's for sure!
