About Helpstor

With Helpstor installed you will have a Help Center, directly on your store, where customers can go for support.

Your Help Center has three key elements:

  • Knowledge Base

    • Help your customers help themselves: your Knowledge Base is a collection of helpful articles, answers to the most frequently asked questions or detailed product documentation.
  • Order Status Page

    • One of the most common question for any store is: Where is my order? With an Order Status Page customers can get an answer instantly.
  • Contact Form

    • Your Knowledge Base and Order Status Page will reduce the number if support requests you will get, but if a customer still has a question, there is contact form to reach you.

Helpstor also comes with a

  • Help Desk
    • For every support request that comes in, a ticket will be created. Each ticket gives you information about the customer, the order, past orders, past tickets from the same customer, etc. You can discuss the ticket internally,
