Order Status Page
- One of the most common question for any store is: Where is my order? With an Order Status Page customers can get an answer instantly.
- Your Knowledge Base and Order Status Page will reduce the number if support requests you will get, but if a customer still has a question, there is contact form to reach you.

- For every support request that comes in, a ticket will be created. Each ticket gives you information about the customer, the order, past orders, past tickets from the same customer, etc. You can discuss the ticket internally,
