This app works flawless, which is already great. But what sets this app apart from others is the support: We had a very specific problem which enventually turned out to be a configuration issue and not Helvy's fault. Nevertheless, their supporter Tena patiently helped us solving the issue. She understood the problem immediately, came up with smart and helpful suggestions, even checked directly with bexio and – most importantly – was incredibly friendly and positive! I already liked this app when I opened this support ticket, but now I am a fan forever.
Great app and even better customer support! We inquired about a feature that wasn’t available at the time, and the support team came through and implemented it just a few days later. Works perfectly, and we’re super happy with it!

The Multicurrency dosent work right in CHF and EUR/USD Exchange.
Also the Price is not fair. As in other of many bad Reviews you guys got it was always mentioned that the Price should be settled at 9.99$ or less.
this is simply ridiculous and unprofessional.

Our app handles multi-currencies by creating orders and invoices in bexio that reflect the currency used by the customer at checkout (including, but not limited to, CHF, EUR, and USD). Ich bin super zufrieden. Nutze das Programm nun seit ca. 6 Monaten und habe von einem anderen App gewechselt. Simple Oberfläche, einfach und selbsterklärend. Super Kundenservice - uns wurde direkt geholfen und das ganze komplett kostenlos und trotz grossem Aufwand innerhalb von wenigen Tagen! Kann ich jedem der Bexio nutzt weiterempfehlen!
