I installed Hero Box after advice from a friend to start a raffle or something. I was having trouble setting up discount prizes for my store so I contacted support. Quinn T. replied right away and promptly went to work on resolving my problem. I am impressed with the support I received and have upgraded to the Hero package. If needs become greater I'll upgrade from there. Thanks to all who helped me!

This is a very fun app to add to your store. Keeps customer engaged. the reward system is good. All in all highly recommending this one.
