The range of products offered by this dropshipping supplier caught my attention from the beggining. I find easier to sell items such as clothing and footwear crafted from upcycled materials, punk-style boots or paraben-free, cruelty-free organic cosmetics because they align with an alternative philosophy that fits with me. And it's always easier to sell something you understand, you like to talk about or find interesting. Communication is a strong point. For any questions they answer fast and accurately. In addition, I was offered some excellent advices by the founder, Joosep, on how to develop my online store and attract more customers

The products are great, but the prices of subscription are constantly increasing, besides if you have technical problems (which in my case their changes in the way they operate generated a major problem that totally blocked my store to continue selling), their support is slow and inefficient.

Just to clarify — the claim about “constantly increasing” subscription prices isn’t accurate. We've raised prices only once since launching Hertwill. So unless you're referring to something else, that part seems to be incorrect.
Regarding the technical issue — you’re right, it took us longer than usual. This was a rare edge case we hadn’t seen before across thousands of stores using Hertwill, so it took time to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it. We know that’s frustrating, and we’re sorry for the delay.

I’ve been using Hertwill for dropshipping from the EU, and it’s been great. Shipping is fast, the app is easy to use, and it connects smoothly with my Shopify store. It automates most of the order process, saving me time. If you want reliable dropshipping from the EU, Hertwill is worth checking out.
Easy to navigate, excellent products and the customer service/regular emails are really helpful as I set up my business.
I find the use of Hertwill to be a bless, the app is working flawless with shopify. Also i am very pleased with the amount of products you can choose, we have done some test orders and the products look really good and are shipped with care.
