Increase your store's credibility with the simple Heureka Customer Verified app. The app helps you get more reviews from your customers, which you can showcase on your store along with your certificate. To use the app, first register on the Czech or Slovak portal "Overeno zakazniky" and enter your API key into the app. When a customer makes a purchase, they agree to receive a questionnaire. Then the app shares his email with Heureka and he receives an email with the questionnaire in a few days.

Po delším váhání jsme se rozhodli nasadit tuto aplikaci a nelitujeme. Nastavení zabralo doslova pár minut, není potřeba nic složitě programovat. Oceňujeme, že se dá snadno propojit jak s českou, tak slovenskou verzí Heureky – což je pro nás velké plus.
Dotazníky se zákazníkům odesílají automaticky, bez nutnosti cokoliv hlídat. Už během prvního týdne se začaly sbírat nové recenze, takže to očividně funguje. Za nás velká spokojenost – dělá přesně to, co slibuje.
Doporučujeme všem, kdo chtějí mít „Ověřeno zákazníky“ bez zbytečné námahy.
Very good application, helps to grow sales and super helpful support- i had a problem to connect it and the time was extremely helpful- responded inmediately and solved my issue within minutes. Definately recommend!
