I really like the product cards in this app, It allowed customers to add item to cart and go directly to check out. Customer support for the app is excellent.

J’adore cette application pour son design intuitif, mais ce qui est le plus impressionnant c’est la rapidité et l'exactitude des réponses retournées par le chatbot Heyday! Ce que j’aime avec Heyday c’est qu’on peut utiliser l’application comme outil de vente directe et comme support à l’expérience client. Les options automatisées de recherche de produit, de suivi de livraison et de réponses FAQ nous sauvent un temps fou. Le chatbot sait même juger quand il est préférable de transférer la conversation à une personne de l’équipe.
Heyday est devenu un membre précieux de l’équipe de vente!

We are DTC business, so we tried it out. We love this and used it. Super easy, saved us time. It's perfect for showing products inside chat. Definitely try this out.

This app helped us so much! The chatbot automatically responds to questions about orders and tracking and even recommends products. It definitely freed up customer service. Setup was easy, features ready to use. I recommend Heyday to anyone with high volume of customer requests looking to simplify process heading to Black Friday.

We've tried many different chats and found that our customers prefer to engage with this one. Heyday.ai truly helped us improve the experience for our visitors. The bot understands any open text and provides immediate answers to order tracking and ''do you have this'' or ''do you have that'' type of questions. It works as described, it sends products from my catalog to the customer, and escalates the conversation to our team as needed (or we can jump in if we want). Simple automation that saves time and makes sales. I wanted to use the more advanced FAQs but decided to wait until I have a bit more traffic for this. Strongly recommend you give it a try, plus the support team is very responsive and helpful.
