Absolute fabulous customer service. Had a temporary issue with the app and within hours the problem was resolved in a professional and competent manner. The app itself also does its job perfectly!

I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service I received from Tufan at Hey!Scarcity Low Stock Counter. After completely messing up my Shopify theme code while trying to fix things myself, I was feeling pretty hopeless. On top of that, I had no idea how to properly integrate the app into my website.
Tufan went above and beyond to help me. Despite it being 6:00 a.m., he patiently guided me through everything during a Google Meet video meeting. He fixed my coding issues, seamlessly added the app to my store, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear he was more interested in resolving my problems than taking credit for his exceptional work—I actually had to ask for his name to make sure he got the recognition he deserved!
