Customer service top notch. Quick responses and fixed my issues in a very very timely manner. Definitely Recommend!
This did exactly what I needed it to do. Along with that, the staff was very helpful while I was setting it up. They have videos available to make sure you can get it set up with no trouble. You can customize when the alert shows up which is perfect for us. This is a must-have app to help make that extra push for undecided customers.
Not working sales counter for each product different numbers of sales. Working only random, today 134 sales, tomorrow 87 sales(((
Hi there,
Our aim is to keep the app as simple as possible. So far all our merchants are happy with the one counter which they can also apply to all products or selected products.
The counter has cookies to track the customer to show the same number only for a day due to privacy reasons. Again, the best use case there is to state the time period, saying that "X sold in 24 hours", then you can eliminate that type of concern easily.

The app is great, however does not show a message for items that are out of stock that are still able to be preordered. Staff are very helpful
Literally just installed it, haven't even seen it go live. I don't know if I like it or not. Asking for a rating after installation is a little preemptive.
