The customer support is extremely bad, it takes 9 days not able to get to the points and still not answer the simple questions for more than 9 days. The replies always distract the original focus and try to provide misleading answers by directing Question A to another unrelated Answer B. Even if you point this out, they still pretend they are answering and still give you misleading & unrelevant answers to distract the focus.

Their shipping fees is extremely expensive (costly), which makes your orders have NO PROFIT. What is the worse, they charge you by [Temu's much higher product price but switch to ship with the 1688 cheaper supplier] (looks making extra profit from the clients for each orders besides shipping fees).

Even though you point this out clearly and proactively ask them how to pay and fulfil by the cheaper 1688 suppliers to replace Temu supplier, they always pretend not to understand what you mean, nor answer your question but try to distract the focus and avoid answering your question (using this trick to delay your order and forces you to pay for the higher Temu charges), which is a totally illegal scam!! Don't use their service since the vendor is NOT honest!!!

DON'T trust their lies and deliberately scripted replies, I asked them the same question repeatedly more than "5 times", but they totally ignored it and deliberately gave you the wrong misleading info to force & direct you only to use Temu's more costly product prices.

When you again point out 1688 price is cheaper and would like to replace the supplier to fulfil by 1688, they lied again that "the shipping & fulfilling fee on 1688 is much higher than Temu and this makes the total item cost much higher than Temu" and even lie to claim "the item can't be fold, since you order 2 units, so 1688's shipping fee is much higher than Temu's". Using lots of different tricks, lies, and misleading info to convince & force you only be fulfilled by Temu rather than 1688.

These are totally lies and scams, I personally bought the same item before and know its weight and package are small and can be folded (actually the product is assembled in small pieces, originally it is folded). Especially I can speak and write fluent Chinese and talked with 1688 suppliers in person to verify this before, they think we (app users) are just stupid cats who can't speak Chinese to verify so try to make up some stories and force you to pay for more fulfilment fees and higher products cost. Never trust the scammer!!

I have collected all the relevant evidence proof with screenshots and you can reply more with misleading scripted lie replies here for confusing people, I will wrap them up and reserve all my legal rights to officially report this to Shopify, FTC (Federal Trade Commission), gov. relevant departments and local courts.

Now they try to bribe me by paying me some money ($10~20) to ask me to remove the negative review and even ask me to switch to communicating with them privately via What's app, which is too late. Over 10 days back-and-forward email communication with lots of screens to clarify the inquiries and try to get help, you chose to distract the focus, avoiding answering my questions and even misdirecting to force me to pay more by fulfilling with Temu supplier (even though I had already known the 1688 supplier has the same item with only 1/3 price). You have over 10 days and 6 times to correct this, you choose NOT TO but lie more to your users. Your illegal bribing behaviour would be also recorded as the proof while reporting to Shopify, Gov. department, FTC(Federal Trade Commission).

Unacceptable Practice and Request for Review in Exchange for Refund

My experience with Cartfind has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I initially chose to use their services with the hope of receiving good support for my online store. However, I encountered several issues that made the experience quite unsatisfactory:

Poor Support: The support provided did not meet my expectations. I found that the service did not deliver on the quality promised.

Lack of Guidance: Despite my attempts to get help, the advice provided was insufficient, causing me to waste time and money.

Unethical Practice: What I find most unacceptable is the condition imposed for the refund. I was asked to leave a 5-star review in exchange for a refund of the $9.95 I had paid. This practice is not only unethical but also against the policies of many services and platforms.

Unsatisfactory Response: Despite formally expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund, I received a response linking the refund to leaving a positive review, which I consider to be inappropriate coercion.

I have the email that proves this request and am considering taking additional measures to resolve this situation. The purpose of this review is to warn other potential users about this practice. I firmly believe in honesty and transparency, which is why I want to share my real experience to help others make informed decisions.

I recommend future users to be cautious and consider all available options before committing to Cartfind.

Started out good during free trialAfter that couldn’t find anything too add. Cancel subscription and still being charged. Contact customer service and they haven’t refund money and keep charging me.

used it already a month, it was good at first.
but after a month , I can not open the app. contacted the support, they keeping saying they already fixed the error, but I still can not open the app, the app page just blank at all.
the worst app I used!!!!! really angry.

The app over charges you more than that the manufacture/supplier charges for an item. Additionally they charge a lot for shipping. They take forever to ship a product and respond back to you. Moral of the story, this app is a total scam!!!!

Warning Red flag I wish I could give it 0 stars every singles order I got I try to fulfill with them and they were all refunded do not use this app you are gonna loose customers

Horrible customer service. They never answered my presale questions—no help, nothing. I can't recommend this app. Stay away and pick another app. There are much better ones with better service.

Its easy to import products ill give them that but they cant even fullfill orders it tells me to go to hffproducts.com to fullfill my order like what so i had to refund orders and lose out on ad money and customers thinking my site aint reliable and they need to fix this
