And some of your customers has a coupon code ready to use but the Amazon Pay pages don't show them a field to put it.

Once installed, the app adds a script to your shop that would automatically hides the “Amazon Pay” button in shopping cart. It’s just that easy. Quick and easy installation of one line of code. Removed the Amazon Pay button from our site.

In case there is any confusion, the option to check out with Amazon Pay is now underneath the option to pay with a credit card or PayPal or whatever other methods you have activated, just not a hideous yellow button on the cart page!
