HideOut ‑ Hide PayPal Button

Our target audience do not use (or very rarely use) PayPal, so it was important to hide the prominent PayPal button on the cart and checkout pages, as it gives the wrong impression that it's the only payment method accepted when users checkout. Works well in hiding PayPal from cart and checkout page. Now, PayPal is hidden from the customer information, but they can still use PayPal to make payment.
