The app is excellent, simple, easy to use, but very effective. Customer service is very prompt and reactive. My situation was pretty complex thus the customer service operator has rapidly escaled to the app owner that has helped me defining effective rules. In 20 minutes I have completely changed the shape of my payment methods and I am sure this will lead an improvement in conversion rate and savings in transaction fees thanks to the clever sorting of the methods. Very recommended!

I am working with Klarna as one of my payment providers, but Klarna does not allow customers to pay gift cards using their service. This app does exactly what I need, in hiding the option for gift cards so it does not breach my contract. Very worth the small monthly fee. It also has many more options that could be used for many purposes to give you even greater control of your website and business. I needed some help to set up one of my rules, and Andrea was so quick and effective at helping me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this app for anyone.

App is super easy to use, customer support is great and responded immediately even tho it showed it was offline, good documentation on their helpdesk.
Easy debugging tools in case of an issue by sending the logs automagically to the developer and not having to manually deal with error logs as a developer.
At the end helped me debug a real weird corner / use case I had around my business and how to work around it and make it work with his addon.

They were very courteous and the problem was resolved quickly. The functionality of the app is also great and will help you increase your sales.
