The CS team provided timely and politely customer service even though problem is not resolved re: some restriction posted by Shopify. I would still recommend this apps and hopefully what I invested (I paid for annual plan) would cover those transaction fees that the business would have to pay without the help of this apps.

I had one issue with reordering my payment methods and they helped me immediately.

Broke my checkout and lost money due to it. Support was helpful to fix it in the beginning, but stopped responding for a week now.

I had to pause all rules and there still is no fix to this date.

Works exactly as I need. Really simple solution, set up within 5 minutes and works perfectly. Support is lightning fast when needed also.

Hello; The app did a perfect job. We are able to offer Net terms only to customers who have an active account with us. This is a very important app for any B2B business. The support is excellent.

HidePay is an awesome app with excellent customer support.
