Perfect App, it let's you hide a payment method if a specific shipping method is selected, and there's a lot of customisations that you can make like hiding payment methods for some countries, or based on cart total amont... and so more good features. In our case that's exactly what we were looking for, and don't forget the support is amazing and so responsive, they helped to set the rules and they answered faster than I was expecting.
