This app is great! I ran into some trouble while setting up the rule associated with a "Tag". Andrea was so helpful. He first emailed me a response to my question, then told me about the chat inside the app. He was even willing to chat with me on a Saturday morning/afternoon, if you can believe it! I would highly recommend this app.

Such a great app if you're looking to edit in any way bases on any logic you might need your shipping methods. The customer support is phenomenal, very fast and to the point on their responses. Keep it up guys. Great work!

Great app that provides a basic functionality that was a key missing feature in a lot of our workflows. Being able to hide and rename shipping methods unlocked a lot of capabilities for us.
