Andrea was knowledgeable and helped set up a shipping option very quickly. It was obvious he knows the application very well. Much appreciated it was easy to create the shipping customization by hiding UPS ground rates outside of my state as I ship Chocolate in the warm months with the need for a maximum of 2 day delivery

HideShip does exactly what we need and lets us sort the shipping methods by our choice. Fabio has been very kind and has provided wonderful support both through email and over video call for questions we had about implementing the app. Thanks, Fabio!

We require some unique features with b2b sales and the ability to ship to only certain states, and Fabio did a great job understanding and configuring hideship to work for our needs. Great customer support and app.

This app helped us tremendously during BFCM. Three of our high-demand SKUs went out of stock during the sale, but more inventory was hitting our warehouse right after Cyber Monday. We decided to continue selling the products going on backorder. Knowing these products would result in a 2-3 day fulfillment delay we used Hideship to hide our express shipping options if the customer had any of these items in their cart.
Normally we go into a full code-freeze during BFCM, but this app gave us the confidence that we could make this critical change for the thousands of orders impacted.
