’ve found Hits Analytics particularly useful in understanding our customers, their journey to purchase and the items they view prior to purchase. This has been useful in understanding how our marketing campaigns are working and also understanding customers tastes in tea. By understanding what they look at and finally buy we can better understand where their interests are and feature/promote products to them accordingly.

Our experience so far is that the usability is great and the application gives us valuable information that every eCommerce store should use to develop their store. This is a very helpful app. The way Hits integrates relevant analytics into a user-friendly interface that combines big picture graphics with drill-down stats keeps the complexity at bay while keeping us informed on key metrics.

Okay I have a tonne to say about this app, but lets focus on 2 things that stand out :

1) I can see who has viewed every product, at what time, and on which day. This is particularly useful as it allows me to see how my site's visitors are behaving (per user). For example, Visit X has seen Product 1 at 12pm, then returns to view Product 1 and then Product 3 before leaving the website.

2) Ad Campaigns - From the dashboard I can see which product has been viewed the most and which have not, allowing me to know where to spend my ad dollars on. There's a convenient integration with Facebook which allows me to run a highly targeted ad-campaign along with a recommended budget calculated by Hits. Thnks to their highly targeting analytics, I can do bidding, a/b testing, hyper-precise targeting really well!

Clean interface. Intuitive dashboard. Easy to use. Great as a health screen for our business! The ad campaign feature is the best part. Two clicks and you've got conversions coming in. We started our first campaigns a couple of months back and saw high multiples of return-on-ad-spend. We've since tripled our budget - it was a no-brainer!

Offers analysis to rival anything else on the market, and far surpasses many if not most services that carry a much higher price tag. Ad creation seems to be a little buggy at the moment, but the analytics are top notch.
