plugin conflicts with default add to cart buttons and makes it impossible for customers to purchase other products
We offer a 1-click technical support for the paid plan where our developers will analyse and fix any issues within 24 hours. I see that you have not availed the technical support nor contacted our 24x7 customer support via Live Chat to inform us of the issue.
If you have a bought a theme outside the Shopify theme store or customised a theme, the app obviously cannot be expected to work out-of-the-box and requires developer intervention to resolve any conflicts. We've been successfully doing this for so many happy customers in the past 6 months.
NEXT STEPS:
1. Please re-install the app & choose the paid plan so our developers can solve this problem for you.
2. Keep the app disabled on your theme so that the Add to Cart button continues to work for your customers
