Great suite of features, which I got up and running really quickly. What blew me away was the responsiveness of the support. I thought the little bubble in the bottom corner was automated chat. I left a comment and had my problem resolved by Jonathan (a real, kind human) in about 1 minute. That's fantastic. Can't wait to make the most of this app!
This app is top quality. I had some questions but they all got answered really fast by Lynda! 5 star service.
If you offer any personalization in your shop - this is the go-to app! I have tried several other apps that could not offer this feature and it ended up being very time consuming on my end. Setup was super easy.
I do highly recommend the App, especially if you are new and you feel lost in the online world.
