Very good Support Top Galactic Star lever.
Very good app. I feel it will work perfectly for our New Ponies.
This app makes it really easy to set up upsells and cross sells and it is surprisingly versatile. There are a LOT of options you can tweak and test.
Very buggy. The thank you page upselling doesn't work at all. Customer service is telling sad stories about last 5 years success. I don't care, just want to have the functions I am buying.

Great service
STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. Whatever they keep doing to "fix it" for me keeps completely making our add to cart button not usable so no one can checkout. This is the second time in a week they've done this, and completely tanked a sales day for us, then they take days and days to reply and offer a "fix" -- GO ELSEWHERE

I love the app, but I didn't realize I was paying $100 more for the app than I should have been paying based on the volume of sales we have been doing. That part is frustrating, so it would have been nice if the company had reached out to let me know. However, when I figured it out on my own, the customer service rep was very helpful in showing me how to downgrade.
