Gran equipo Konvo
Desde que instalamos Hoola, nuestra gestión de clientes ha mejorado enormemente. Ya no perdemos mensajes importantes en el historial de WhatsApp y podemos organizarlos y categorizarlos fácilmente.
Pero lo mejor han sido las campañas: cada mensaje se traduce en ventas y los clientes las reciben de manera muy positiva. Ha supuesto un antes y un después tanto en la atención al cliente como en nuestra estrategia de comunicación.
Si tienes una tienda en Shopify, te la recomiendo al 100%. ¡Un cambio total!
Sin duda, la mejor app para ecommerce y he probado casi todas las que merecen la pena. No solo por qué es la única que trata WhatsApp como un canal más de marketing, sino por el potencial infinito de la Inteligencia Artificial y el uso de flujos. Hemos hecho campañas que han superado ROI 50X. La parte de Service/ATC se integra perfectamente con Shopify, permitiendo resolver incidencias eficazmente. El soporte es brutal y el equipo de desarrollo muy comprometido con las necesidades del cliente.
