Look no further. It does everything you need it to, easily, and for free. I already have a valuable announcement bar on my website that needs to stay there. But I also needed a 'free shipping' booster specifically for my cart page - most are meant only for a cart drawer or product pages. The support via email was effective. My problem was solved over a few quick emails.
