Automatic discounts were applied incorrectly to orders, currencies don't update correctly. Support is slow with 2 working day timeframe.

As a free app we currently do not support all the themes of Shopify out there and hence these issues occur sometimes for some stores.
But our team ensures to fix any potential store issues for customers within 12 working hours.
I'm sure if you give us a shot again you won't be disappointed.
