so Excited to use this hosting app thats already within shopify instead of going elsewhere. I had trouble setting everything up and they went in and did it for me! They are so helpful!

My rating is based on my experience with getting this app set up. I was looking for a single platform solution to having my email address be ---@mydomainname. Iʻm not very tech savvy, but set up was easy with the set up Wizard. When I had some snags, customer service responded within minutes to my request for support with very clear directions that helped me finalize the set up. Iʻm happy.

This was so easy to install. I had been hosting my email through another provider and everything broke when I moved to Shoppify. The other provider had a new "solution" that was not only expensive, but didn't actually work very well. I was able to install this app; get my various aliases working; and email working to my local PC's Thunderbird application within minutes. I'm very happy! I highly recommend this app. A++

WOW! This Email App is GREAT! Zoho had locked me out of my email for 3 days because I had gotten a new Modem and my I.P. address changed! Their support completely ignored 3 messages and I said "I've Had it!". I found this beautiful Shopify e-mail app that is right in your own Shopify account. So easy to set-up and it's fantastic! We needed an app to handle email for our shopify store. After downloading the app, I soon realized setting up with our domain provider was over my head.
Contacted support. Less than 1 hour later, it's all setup and working!
