I love this app already it has nice feature designs that allows my customers to rate my store according to its performance. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because i had just installed it to see if it will be of more good.
the app only worked for 1 day and it stopped working. only saw about 5 videos. no recordings after that.

Does not work, contacted the support, and nothing.
Already installed the app 2 times, and everytime you open it, it says Error 400 Oauth error invalid_request: The redirect_uri is missing

Not good at all! This messed up my theme and I still cant figure out what the app changed in my theme, I deleted the app but still my theme is messed up!
Hello, our application does NOT edit the theme whatsoever. We leverage Shopify Scripts API to append the Hotjar tracking code through that Shopify controlled protocol which has no changes to the theme itself.
Sorry to hear something happened to your theme. I would suggest looking at what other apps or changes have been made to address the issue.
I never leave reviews but check site speed after installing the app as it slows down shopify stores to an unacceptable point.

Useless, it won't connect my store to hotjar so what's the point? I need to fill 100 characters so there you go
Very bad, your application has added a line of code that causes several home pages to open each time my website is loaded. This experience is very annoying for my visitors and detracts from the quality of my site.
Hi, our application only adds the Hotjar script via Shopify Script Tags. Any page modifications come from your Hotjar settings. Please make sure you access your Hotjar account to manage what experiences you have enabled.
I love this app, any business can gain a lot of context and useful information about the store and how customers interact with it. I totally recommend it
