Hotjar Install

Very intuitive app. Helped me a lot in understanding customer behavior on my website yourdetoxbottle.com

Great App so far, I had used it on my store and the installation process was quite fast and flawless.

I just love it. Used for years on several WordPress sites, now I just installed it on my first eCommerce on Shopify. A very helpful and powerful tool.

Update: I've increased the stars from one to five. I heard from support and this is what they said: "I apologize the support email was bouncing. We recently switched email servers and the apps@ email wasn't properly ported as we are using support-apps@ for the past few months to distinguish types of inquires. Our app is definitely still active and is happily in use by thousands of Shopify store fronts."

I've reinstalled the HotJar app and it's live now. Glad all is fixed now and I can enjoy this app at such a great price. Thanks to support for getting back to me!

Original One Star Review: This app must be shut down or something. I wrote to support twice and twice the email was bounced back to me.

I do not know what the developer gains out of this app since it is free, but it works perfect.

Great app. It tells you everything you need to scale your business. It can record the sessions of every user.

Totally awesome app. Valuable insight into what visitors are actually doing on your site and whether there is a problem with something on your site.
