I am in love with this app! Best investment you will ever make for your small or medium business(maybe large too) Mine is small and it really helps me to understand the behaviors of my customers. Customer service is TOP! I had a bug and they fixed it in a day!

slick little app. I love it. thank you. Would be nice if there were some more visual text chat options (ie: if we could drag it to the part of the screen we want so it doesnt get in the way with our website design). However, still 5 star app.
