i had the original app last year when i first launched then deleted it as it started charging me . re-downloaded this year but its not giving me access to recordings via shopify. where is the app?
I can not receive support. I asked dozens of times if the system was fully installed, but I could not get an answer.

Directly on Hotjar it works, but inside shopify apps it was to show the recording from the last orders but this function doesn't work. I tried everything since october, I sent a lot of e-mails but no answers at all.
