Its not working.

Very bad, your application has added a line of code that causes several home pages to open each time my website is loaded. This experience is very annoying for my visitors and detracts from the quality of my site.

its a decent app and cool idea its very incomplete on data and would go a long way if the data was more specific or had better detail cool concept

This app is only showing our technical teams previews of our store, or 3rd parties technical support. Not one recording of a customers' visit.

Awesome! Very helpful spy tool. It allowed me to watch my visitors closely and know their reactions so I can upgrade my website for better sales.
Cheap billing rate too.

Customer service is poor. keep on sending me away to the FAQ, where there is no answer for my question. Help Centre didnt want to help me, in fact send me to the Resource Library, where there is no help. Same like talking to a bot.

Was working initially then stopped shortly after HotJar site issue last month. Multiple attempts to reconnect not successful.

This is Mandatory.
I Stopped counting the number of times I found mistake, dead urls, bugs etc...

For a Free app, hotjar is very helpful thanks to the makers 100 percent. Honestly, for me, its only missing 2 things that I think would be very helpful. Create an app for my iPhone that makes a sound when someones on the page along with the rest of these great features already, I guaranty us iPhone users would be willing to pay a buck or 2. Thank you I'm in and no it did not mess up my page at all

Ps, if we can narrow in on the city would be great

good and like using it especially the report, perhaps need more time to get more data and get more feedback on it. so quite ok!
