Such a great app and service! Their products are solid. I have no dandruff anymore after using the Coconut shampoo, and I absolutely love the peppermint soap. So products are definitely worth it. They last quite a while, too. With that said, I'm leaving a 4-Star for now. Reason being that the support could use a little help. It's not awful, but sometimes it takes days to hear back, and I don't think anyone monitors the chat they have setup within their App. I have never once received a response on there to my questions. Email takes awhile sometimes too. I have usually had to call in for help. The app also doesn't sync with my store, for some reason, and their shipping profile is missing. This is one of the things I have requested help on several times to no avail. I'm also on the Business Plan, so was hoping that would help with support.
