I haven'e seen the results from the app yet, so I cant speak on that. I will say that their customer support is awesome in my opinion. I had an issue with the counter not showing up on my page. I text support and within 5 minutes had a response. Screw telling me how to fix it, im not a computer guy.. The guy asked for limited access to my store so he could login and fix it.. saved himself 30minutes trying to explain to me what to do. that is what i call support.. problem was fixed within 10-15 minutes from my initial message. the guy saved my computer from taking a karate chop. just them fixing the problem this way is worth the price of this app.. id pay someone 7 bucks to fix a headache

Nano Hearing Aids
The last update wasn't expected, it changed a lot the UI and everything. Our sales went down by almost 90%! The circle design is really ugly and gay, it's not converting. I hope this gets fixed or at least give us an option to use the previous version of the countdown timer. And before any update, give your customers the heads up of all the changes. Clearly this is a huge move mistake.
