Biggest disappointment in the history of our webstore. While we had a promising start, the app turned out to be a mess full of bugs - wrong product recommendations, tilting windows, etc. BUT, the biggest pity is customer support. If you'll need help (and believe me, you will need it), prepare for inconcise 1 email / week problem-solving speed from the support. We wasted 4 months by receiving countless promises about bug fixes and implementations, but they never were arranged. At the end, the support just started ignoring our requests. A total disaster. If you want to waste a lot of time, energy and money - this app is perfect.

The worker mentioned how they are unable to tend to my important requests because of the Easter holiday. While I completely understand, I wish he told me this over the weekend when I spoke to him because had I known, I would’ve went with another app or not have waited. He never told me there was a holiday and he said he will get back to me Monday (yesterday) in the email, but now all of a sudden it’s a holiday. Did you not know it was a holiday on Monday when you told me you would email me then? I had to uninstall because I came across some major issues. I didn't want this to turn away my customers, until we can fix this. I’m going back to the original review especially since the problems I came across was a lot worse after he “fixed” it before the weekend. I click on Add to Cart, it shows me an empty cart instead of a cart with the product inside. I have to go back and click Add to Cart again for it to show up correctly. It should show up the first time. When I add a product and go back to add a DIFFERENT product, it just ends up adding another quantity of the first product. This was frustrating because it can throw customers off if they are trying to buy 2 different products and not 2 of the same products. For the cart page, I wanted the quantity selector to appear with the + and - and a “Remove” button underneath or next to the quantity selector. I didn’t like how customers have to click on the photo to do the extra work. Carts normally show the + and - quantity selector and a remove button on the cart page at face value. These were some of the issues. The main ones were the ones where customers items were not appearing right, which would mean disgruntled customers. Anyway, I wish the worker was honest with me and told me he would get back to me after the Easter holiday and not on Monday as promised. Instead I went with another app called “Flying Cart” and their customer service was prompt and app was so user friendly. Cart also looks beautiful and professional. Check them out if you need a professional sliding cart!
