I have been using Hypersku for a while now, and I can say that is one of the best shipping/fulfilment/ agent companies I have used and I am using, good communication with my agent via whats app and really good and fast shipping options! I really recommend them!

I have been working with them for over 6 months. Support is always in touch. Moreover, leaders are also responsible. The only negative is that they do not have delivery to all countries. So I have to use the second application.

my agent is helpful(jiana), but the only con is they don't ship on weekend, and sometime the shipping fee is high

From the beginning of my working relationship with Hypersku, they have always been extremely helpful, timely with their communication and friendly to answer any questions I had. Jiana, who has been with me every step of the way has always given amazing customer service, been supportive beyond what's expected and has become even a friend. Lizzie, who I have started working with recently is also incredibly professional and helpful and has overdelivered with any questions I have had. Looking forward to the future!
I moved to HyperSku for my fulfilment and I'm definitely glad I did. Communication/support has been great (Howard has been awesome). On top of that their prices are better than others and they'll communicate with suppliers directly to source your product and get you a good deal. The app also does everything you'd expect and I haven't had any issues with it.
