Nice Integration, order process and so on, but the technology isn't the key factor for a Dropshipping Partner. Only the product catalog and the delivery speed is the base for a growing Dropshipping Business. Delivery Time is always 14 Days at minimum (to Germany for example). It's too long from my perspective, also if you communicate the delivery time at your shop. Nobody is waiting 14 Days for a normal product these days. Also if it's quite cheap. (Only my experience!)

So my own experience after 6 months and no bashing, only real talk:
Some Products they've listed are out of stock since months. The Stock Number is still at 99.999. Same with many variants of products.
As I ask for the real Stock Inventory, they want to check my own store, if products, that I've imported from they're catalog are still available or not.
So I had to refund many orders and to delete many products. I've no time to balance my Product Stock many times at my own, that's not the idea. I want to trust my Partner, that he will keep it's Stock Amount up to date and transparent.
At least my "Agent" left the building and nobody was refunding my orders, so I also stop working this Dropshipping Partner.

I have been working Hypersku for well over 5 months now and on 2 separate stores. My account manager has been nothing but excellent. She is always their to assist, find new products, help figure out solutions, help with customer messages. When you ask them to complete a task for you it is complete within 1-2 days.

I am dropshipping to germany and have a pet store.
I moved from another supplier to hypersku and I am really impressed so far. The shipping times are very good, 5-9 days with processing included. The support I have on whatsapp is really good, I have a good communication with them. The sourcing is fast and brand development is really great. With this partner I can scale it to a real brand and do it long-term.
I am really happy with HyperSKU!

thanks for your honest and unbiased review! the shipping capacity and efficiency are impacted by COVID-19 a lot, as commercial flights dropped 90+% and local mail service restricts service. This is a global impact caused by many factors though HyperSKU has been working hard to ship merchants' parcels out and make sure they deliver. We believe the situation is getting better as we've lowered shipping fee two weeks ago and will do so soon. I do think the features you suggest improve are interesting - please do feel free to talk to your account manager about them. Wish you the best and success!
